This includes a free annual screening, flu vaccine, HIV test, mammogram and more. These benefits are in addition to your savings and day-to-day benefits, so you get more value for money.
The wellness screening is made up of carefully selected tests to help you get a clear picture of your health. These tests are the first step in detecting serious chronic conditions such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes.
We offer a free wellness screening for each member, once a year, on all our plans. This includes:
Once you have completed the wellness screening, you can then access the Benefit Booster. The Benefit Booster can be used to pay for out-of-hospital claims or a programme to stop smoking.
You can complete your wellness screening at a corporate wellness day or at any participating pharmacy. All tests must be done at the same time.
Once you have completed a wellness screening or online wellness questionnaire (on the Bonitas Member App), you can access the Benefit Booster to pay for out-of-hospital claims or a programme to stop smoking. These include:
Each adult dependant must complete a wellness screening or online wellness questionnaire to access the benefit. However, child dependants can access the Benefit Booster if one adult dependant has completed the wellness screening or online wellness questionnaire.
